He has been married to the love of his life, Tamara, for 18 years. They have 3 children: Bre, Silas, and Elsie. Jared and his family are lifelong residents of Milton, FL. Jared has a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Florida and a Masters of Arts in Church Planting from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Jared spent 12 years working in the environmental science field until God called him into full time ministry a pastor/planter in February of 2020. Prior to planting Replicate church Jared and his wife spent many years leading men's and women's ministry, and special needs ministry. Jared is passionate about seeing people come to Jesus and orient their lives around the gospel!
Matt Holm is a loving husband and a father of 3 children. He has been happily married to his wife, Lisa, for 14 years and they live in East Milton. Matt has over 15 years of musical background and he was called into worship ministry a little over 4 years ago at his church in Lake Geneva Wisconsin. Matt and his family moved to Florida from the Midwest when he felt that God was calling him to the panhandle in 2024. He has a heart for serving God’s Kingdom and using his gifts for his glory. He has been with Replicate Church for 2 years serving as their on staff Worship Leader.
As the Children's Director, Tori is passionate about helping kids and families grow in their relationship with Jesus through engaging, Christ-centered ministry. She equips and encourages volunteers to teach engaging Bible lessons each Sunday that align with the message shared in the main worship service, helping families continue meaningful conversations about God's Word at home. In addition to her role at the church, she serves as a CBSA/ACCESS teacher at Pea Ridge Elementary, where she enjoys supporting and encouraging students each day. Tori and her husband love being part of the Replicate Church family and are grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside others as they point children to Christ.
